The purpose of the website is to solicit feedback from users with regard to functionality of the conversation agent (phronesis). We know Phronesis isn’t 100% accurate “out the box”, as it needs your input to become more intelligent.

You should also note that the advice given by the agent should not be considered legally binding nor as a substitute for consulting a HR professional or taking legal advice from an employment lawyer, and should only be used as a guide.

Instant HR guidance for employees and managers, plus a free-text option for personalised support.

Employee Functionality

The conversation agent has been built to answer questions from employees and managers of people with HR issues to resolve.

The employee functionality is built around typical themes, such as salary & overtime issues, maternity / paternity issues, etc.

The advise provided is very generic and attempts to guide employees to how they resolve issues with their employers.

Line Manager Functionality

The manager functionality is also built around themes, and attempts to help a line manager deal with an issue by utilising ACAS guidelines. Guidance and tools can be accessed whilst using the agent.

Free Text

There is also a free text functionality that allows users to enter a question and Phronesis will attempt to answer the question based on the input.

If it doesn’t understand, it will make several attempts to clarify the question. If it fails to understand, it will default to asking for contact details.
